Our client in Littlehampton is currently looking for an experienced Cleanroom Operator to join their team. Your day-to-day role will be working within one of our 5 cleanroom assembly areas. The operators are required to assemble, test, inspect and package a range of medical devices. Each production area produces around 30 different products, so, the work is varied and interesting.
Key responsibilities:
· Assembly of drug delivery and mainly single use disposable medical devices and inspection of moulded parts.
· Inspection and testing of finished products.
· Checking and packing of finished products.
· Following company procedures and work instructions.
· Identifying non-conforming products and/or materials and bring them to the attention of the room supervisor or quality control inspector.

· Ability to work well as a team member.
· Good concentration and attention to detail.
· Capable of following instructions.
· A good work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
Training:
· Full training will be given by the cleanroom supervisor for our production processes such as; solvent bonding, RF welding, UV bonding, leak and block testing, packaging, labelling, and sealing, operating machines as well as a host of other manufacturing techniques.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 14:00-23:00, Fri 8am- 13:30
Pay rate: £12.71 p/h
