TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR REQUIRED

The Best Connection are looking to recruit a Transport supervisor to join the transport department with in a busy operation. 

As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, coordinating drivers and vehicles, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

This is a Temporary to Permanent position with immediate starts available. Shifts are 14:00-22:00 Monday - Friday. 

£30,000-£35,000 per annum DOE

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transport supervision, logistics, or a related field
• Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You will be responsible for the compliance of a fleet of vehicles that includes Artics, trailor's, 7.5 tonne's and vans

Experinece in using the following systems is an advantage:

-Microsoft packages
-Axscend
-Tachomaster
-WTS
-Sphere
