Transport Planner 

Location: Cannock
Shift: Monday to Friday, 12pm - 9pm
Salary: From £31,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and backloading vehicles to ensure efficiency.
• Supporting the Transport Manager and working with 20+ drivers.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and leading audits.
• Ensuring compliance with driver’s hours and WTD regulations.
• Collaborating with HR, accounts, and warehousing teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in transport planning within a busy, fast-moving transport office.
• Skills: Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and top-notch problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Adaptable, positive, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Leadership: A team player with a people-first approach—able to coach, support, and motivate.
