The Best Connection are currently looking for a transport planner to join our busy client based in Stoke.

Working for a leading logistics company, the job will involve working as part of a team in the busy transport office. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning of the Transport operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning transport schedules to ensure efficient and timely deliveries, whilst effectively communicating with drivers, customers and and stores. Other responsibilities will include answering and making calls, imputing data into excel spreadsheets and systems, responding to emails and other general queries.

Previous Transport planning experience is required for this role. 

Hours of work are 07:00-15:00 rotating with 14:00 - 22:00 Monday - Friday. 

Annual salary of £24,000 to £29,000 dependant on experience
