Transport Debriefer

Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. Optional Saturday working available

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Debriefer to join a busy logistics operation in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised individual with experience in transport, logistics, or warehouse operations to play a key role in ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing drivers and supporting the daily delivery operation
• Monitoring driver progress and tracking parcel deliveries throughout the day
• Investigating and collating evidence for failed or mis-deliveries
• Working closely with drivers to ensure delivery schedules are met efficiently
• Updating internal computer systems with accurate delivery information
• Communicating effectively with the transport team to resolve any delivery issues
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the transport operation

Essential Requirements

• Confident, assertive, and able to communicate effectively with drivers
• Strong IT skills and experience using computer systems
• Good English and numeracy skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a transport, logistics, warehouse management, or transport planning environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or parcel delivery operation
