Our client based in Hatfield is looking to strengthen their Office Team. They are currently recruiting for an Fleet Administrator to assist with daily duties working Monday to Friday. Permanent role for the right candidate after qualifying period. 

Main duties will include:

  • Dealing with delivery drivers and driver compliance
  • Downloading tacho reports of drivers
  • Dealing with infringements
  • Booking in vehicles for repairs
  • Maintaining in house systems
     

Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Shift time 07:00 - 15:00pm

Pay Rates:

  • Pay rate of £15.20 per hour PAYE for all hours worked
  • Perm salary is £34,365.48

Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with duties required so ideally from transport background
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Must have good telephone manners
  • Needs to be well organised
  • Self motivated
  • Eager to learn with attention to details
