Our client, a global logistics company, urgently requires a Transport Administrator to work on their site in Gloucester.

Hours of Work & Rate of Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 15:00 - 00:00
- £14.84 per hour
The Role:
- You will carry out a range of tasks including administration of picking slips, sales orders, and dispatches (this includes the production of commercial export invoices).
- Answering phones to meet the company standard of all calls being answered within 3 rings.
- Dealing with door sales customers and processing payments, this includes physically lifting items and transporting them to customer vehicles therefore, ease of manual handling is required.
- You will be responsible for completing sales delivery notes and helping to produce the correct paperwork for all deliveries.
- Collate information to produce the daily shortage logs, driver and vehicle utilisation and pallet reconciliation.
- You will work closely in conjunction with the Transport and Warehouse Managers to improve office processes, introduce new processes as required and ensure the office systems are adequate and are working efficiently and effectively.
- On occasion, you may be required to carry out reasonable and other miscellaneous tasks in the Company.
