Transport Admin Assistant - Temporary Ongoing Role

Location: Livingston

Pay: £13.13 per hour (Sunday - £19.69)

Hours: 22:00 - 06:00, 5 days over 7

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and organised Transport Admin Assistant to join our team in Livingston. This is a temporary ongoing position, offering stable hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in transport operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing transport schedules and coordinating deliveries
  • Preparing and processing transport documentation
  • Communicating with drivers and internal teams
  • Updating databases and record-keeping
  • Supporting the transport team with day-to-day admin tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Previous admin or transport experience is preferred, but not essential
