We are looking for an experienced Timber Operative to join our busy Timber Division within a large, well‑established facility in Aldridge. This role involves creating bespoke timber packing solutions from drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistent workmanship.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke timber crates, frames, pallets, and packing solutions
• Work from technical drawings with precise, concise measurements
• Cut, assemble, and finish timber products using various tools
• Follow production schedules and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Manual handling of materials up to 25kg

✔️ What You'll Need

• Experience working with timber in a manufacturing, joinery, or carpentry environment
• Strong measurement skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to confidently read and interpret drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Good understanding of workshop Health & Safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to lift and handle loads up to 25kg
