As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and experienced T.I.G. Welder to join our dynamic team.

The Role:
As a T.I.G. Welder, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality stainless steel products (grades 304, 430 & 316) from thin gauge material  (0.9mm–2mm). Reporting to the Welding Team Leader, you’ll work across multiple projects, maintaining a mentality and collaborating closely with other departments to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set, clamp and weld components for bespoke product builds
• Read and interpret detailed manufacturing drawings
• Multitask across various projects with precision and care
• Support general manufacturing tasks as required

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in a T.I.G. welding role
• Experience in fabrication is a strong advantage
• Basic M.I.G. welding knowledge beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must have your own transport
