The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our Dudley based client who is currently looking to recruit for a telesales / administrator role to cover maternity from December 2024 to September 2025.
- The role involves answering incoming telesales / website enquiries carry out credit checks to obtain suitability.
- Place orders for inspections.
- Upselling training courses.
- Produce training certificates.
- Complete sales orders and raise invoices.
- Carry out 25 outbound calls to generate new business.
- Create and maintain email database for new clients
- Telephone existing customers to book in renewals / to achieve set targets.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, Presentable and possess good communication skills to communicate with clients and suppliers.
Hours
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:15
