The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Telesales worker on behalf of our client in Smethwick.

Hours of work:

Monday-Thursday: 09:00-16:30

Friday: 09:00-16:00

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour.

Opportunity for performance based bonuses throughout the year.

CANDIDATES MUST APPLY WITH CVs.

Duties:

• Winning new business and maintaining customer base.
• Cold calling businesses to sell services.
• Provide customer service to clients.
• Meeting current and prospective clientele.
• Take and process orders.
• Carrying out general administration duties.
• Candidate may also do door-to-door sales (expenses will be paid for).

Candidate requirements:

• Experience within sales required.
• IT literate.
• Comfortable with all forms of communication.
• Highly driven to achieve goals.
• Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to hit targets.
