Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:00pm

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Technician to join our growing client based in Crawley.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business with a strong focus on quality and development. The successful candidate will have experience in diagnostics and repairs, with a good understanding of wiring diagrams and soldering.

Responsibilities of the Technician:

• Diagnosing faults on small electrical and electronic products.
• Repairing and maintaining equipment in line with manufacturing guidelines.
• Testing products and carrying out quality assurance checks before they leave site.
• Working on custom builds and project-based work.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Soldering and carrying out electronic repairs.
• Identifying faults and completing repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements.
• Carrying out other duties in line with the operation and your role.

Requirements of the Technician:

• Previous experience in a Technician, Electronics Technician, Repair Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wiring diagrams and electronic diagnostics.
• Practical soldering and repair experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to fault-finding.
• The ability to work quickly, safely and accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and health and safety.
