The Best Connection is recruiting for an experienced Technical Sales Support Engineer for our Wolverhampton based client.
Immediate start available.
Starting salary between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Working hours 08:30AM till 17:30PM Monday to Friday.

Your daily duties will include:
- Liaising via telephone and email with existing and new customers to advise and offer solutions to their individual needs.
- Speaking with company reps and following up on customer enquiries.
- Communicating with the production and warehouse department to assess delivery times for individual orders and relaying information back to customers.
- Compiling and quoting prices for orders.
- Learning the technical aspects of products to be able to better advise customers with their enquiries.
- On occasion assisting the warehouse and production team with manual duties.
Please note, this role involves NO cold calling.
