Here at Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, we can offer you various shift patterns for our clients in the Wiltshire Area! The perk of working for an agency is, you can pick what shifts you would like and work around your availability!

The work you will be doing will be Support and Care Work. This would include assisting the residents daily to live an independent life, shopping, personal care, moving and handling and general support.

The Role:

Building and engaging a rapport with the service users
Working flexibly with the service users
Completing daily notes and reporting any incidents that may occur on shift
Assisting the service user with any needs they may have
Always maintaining professional boundaries with the service user
