The Best Connection Norwich are currently recruiting for a Fitter & Stripper to join a well‑established engineering environment based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience and a genuine passion for the industry to join a skilled and supportive team. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

The Role:

• Stripping and fitting components in line with technical specifications
• Using a range of hand tools safely and effectively
• Working from drawings and instructions
• Communicating clearly with colleagues to ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualifications and/or proven industry experience
• Confident using hand tools
• Good communication skills and a positive team‑focused attitude
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for engineering / technical work

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 - 17:30
• £13.00 per hour rising to £15.00 when permanent
