The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Store-person for one of our established clients based in the Speke area of Liverpool. 

Due to the nature of the work involved, candidates will hold a B1 FLT license, have experience with MHE equipment, and previous stores experience is an advantage. As well as a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receipt of and check goods in, ensuring delivered items are in good condition.

• Off load vehicles using mechanical handling equipment.

• Organise, sort and manage stock levels. 

• Chase late deliveries/missing goods.

• Maintain stock records and complete stock takes.

• Operate B1 Forklift.

• Supply materials to General Operatives as required. 

• Ensure goods are stored in a safe and acceptable manner. 

• General stores duties including maintaining a clean and tidy workplace. 

The working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:30. 

This is an ongoing assignment with overtime available. (Subject to the companies requirements).
