Stock Team Leader - Bloom & Wild, Nuneaton

£14.83 per hour + overtime (1.5x) | Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 | Immediate Start

The Best Connection is recruiting a Stock Team Leader for our client based in Nuneaton, Bermuda Park. This role involves leading a team of four Stock Controllers, ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, replenishment, and operational efficiency within a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop the stock team.
• Manage goods receiving, stock counts, replenishment and stock movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems.
• Promote health & safety compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Liaise with Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse Team Leader/Supervisory experience.
• Previous experience managing and motivating staff.
• WMS experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undertake MHE training (Bendi Truck & PPT).
• Fluent English.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (40 hours per week)
• £14.83 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
