We are looking for a reliable and organised Stock Controller to join our client's busy team in Worcester. This is a permanent, full-time role combining both office-based administration and hands-on warehouse duties.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day stock operations across the warehouse and office functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels
- Booking goods in and out accurately
- Carrying out regular stock checks and investigations
- Updating internal stock systems and records
- Liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff, and office teams
- Ensuring stock is stored correctly and efficiently
- Supporting general warehouse and operational duties where required
Requirements
- Previous stock control, inventory, or warehouse experience essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive, and hardworking attitude
