The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Kingswinford for experienced Sprayer Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential of a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Duties Include:

• Applying coatings to products using spraying equipment
• Powder coating and/or wet paint spraying
• Preparing surfaces prior to spraying
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

✅ Previous spraying experience is essential

✅ Experience in powder coating and/or wet spraying

✅ Good attention to detail

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Reliable and punctual attitude
