We are currently seeking a Retail Shop Assistant to work at our newly expanded flagship store in Waterloo, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion, customer engagement, and creative retail strategy.

Our boutique offers a curated selection of latex and PVC clothing, alongside a range of adult lifestyle products.

We're looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in this unique retail environment.

Shop Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day store operations
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Implement visual merchandising and space planning strategies to elevate store presentation
• Manage online order fulfilment and assist with basic admin tasks
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a safe, welcoming environment

Shop Assistant What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion or way of life sectors
• Confident working in an adult retail setting
• Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and customer experience
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and multitasking in a busy environment
• Experience or interest in community building, events, or local outreach is a plus

Shop Assistant Additional Information:

• Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (10:30-19:00). Saturdays required (10:30-17:00), with one day off during the week

• Salary: £12.71 Per Hour
