Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced service technicians in and around the Feltham area on behalf of a high-end tool manufacturer.

Your role would be working as a service technician in their repair centre, helping to diagnose and repair a variety of tools along with the below responsibilities:

• Providing telephone support for technical, product & application usage to both internal staff.
• Repair of all tools, electrical, cordless & petrol in a timely manner.
• Achieving company targets/KPI’s
• Advising customers of repairs, quote and maintain contact with customer to maintain good customer care and prevent backlogs.
• Assist with any other duties that may be required.

The working hours are Monday-Friday

• 8am-4:30pm
• Pay is: £12.50p/h
