The Best Connection Walsall are recruiting on behalf of our long standing Manufacturing client based in the Aldridge area.

**Hours and Pay**

07:00am until 15:30pm Monday to Thursday 

07:00am until 12.45pm on Fridays (early finish)

£11.42 - £12.20 per hour (+attendance bonuses paid every 2 weeks)

Potential to earn higher pay rate dependent on skill set 
3 Tier Skill level (The More You Learn/ The More You Earn) 

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to learn and enhance their skill set for a nationally recognised company.

** Job Duties Include **

• You will provide assembly assistance to the production line and sub assembly areas. 
• Follow the production plan ensuring the products are built to specification
• Good numeracy levels and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to accurately read a tape measure is essential.
• Using Hand Tools to construct various housing components (Nail Guns/Drills etc)
• Operating equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
• Assembling panels and in accordance to drawings and production plan.
• Adhering to quality procedures as in process instructions and process records.
