Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Beauty & Cosmetics

• Location: Rochester, Kent (Mixture of Field-based with remote/home working for 2 days per week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (flexibility required due to salon hours)
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Salary: £14 per hour + 4.5% commission on turnover + mileage reimbursement

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Sales Representative to join a growing team launching an exciting new product range across salons and beauty establishments in Kent.

You will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities, primarily through cold calling and in-person visits to salons, spas, beauty clinics, colleges, and mobile therapists. If you have previous sales experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty, and you're confident building strong client relationships, this could be the perfect next step for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new salon and beauty business prospects across Kent
• Cold call and book meetings to present and promote new product lines
• Build lasting client relationships and manage the full sales cycle
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Work from home and travel across the region using your own vehicle

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience in a B2B setting, ideally in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or FMCG
• A proactive, persuasive, and confident communicator
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness products
• Highly motivated with a “hunter” mentality for new business
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
