***TEMP TO PERM POSITION*** -  Our client, has been dedicated to manufacturing quality fire doors, door frames and door sets for offices, commercial buildings, hotels and universities for over 30 years requires an Sales/ Purchase Assistant to support the team. The position leading to permanent after a successful trial period.

Job Role:

• Be the friendly voice our customers turn to, answering their questions and providing top-notch support. Calling  customers and asking how they liked their orders and Booking deliveries.
• Prepare quotes and estimates, assisting customers with their needs. 
• Build new customer relationships through outreach and help bring in new business.
• Purchasing Become a whiz at finding the best suppliers. Help with ordering and ensuring we’ve got everything we need.
• Assist the sales team with any general administrative tasks, keeping things organised and running smoothly.

Candidate requirements:

• You love connecting with people and making their day better
• You’re excited to dive into new tasks, especially learning how to prepare estimates and quotes.
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
• You’re comfortable chatting with customers on the phone and in person.

Shifts:

• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00-4:30 (30 minute lunch unpaid)
