• Basic salary of £27,000, rising to £28,000 after 12 months

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process, including:

• Managing the complete 360 recruitment cycle, from generating business to placing candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Identifying and securing new business through sales calls and face-to-face client meetings
• Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Working towards achievable sales and performance targets with the support of an experienced team

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

This is a fully office-based position.
