The Best Connection are recruiting a Sales Associate to join our clients team in Cannock on an ongoing basis. The team is small consisting of 2 Sales Associates, an Admin and Branch Manager.

You position will require you to work along side an experienced plan partner to Service Blue Collar Business's who currently Utilise there Services by allocating suitable resources to fill the required order.

You will actively make Sales calls on a daily basis to prospective companies within an allocated area to generate more business opportunities through actively engaging decision makers in the prospects business. Following on from this you may be required to attend the Prospects site to present further information to secure the business.

Your monthly KPI's will be 100 progressive decision maker calls per month with 1 new client conversion.

The business has an out of hours service which the team covers 365 days of the year 24/7. You will be required to cover this Service 1 in every 3 weeks which includes evening, nights, weekends and bank holidays. This contributes to 50% of your commission earnings.

Hours of work will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon - Fri with a 1 hr unpaid lunch break.
