Our client, a family-founded College based in Marston Green, Birmingham requires Call Centre Advisors to join a driven and highly performing telephone sales team, with positions leading to permanent after a successful trial period.

Working in a Nice clean building and within a great team environment, the general duties will involve using a consultative approach dealing with warm sales leads to students who have enquired about a course, answering inbound calls from potential students, building rapport to understand needs and advising on courses best suited to an individual and their goals.  

Hours of Work (Various shifts available working 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 20:00 5 days out of 7)

Rate of Pay:

• £12.31 per hour (£24,000 per annum / 37.5 Hours per week)
