The Best Connection Bedford are currently looking for a Sales Administrator for our well established produce wholesaler in the MK44 area. This role is ideal for someone who has an interest in sales, confident with working with people as well as being comfortable with managing phone calls and emails.

- Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 16:00pm
- Job duration: 6 months (Possible permanent position following a successful trial period)
Responsibilities of Customer Service Coordinator
- Manage overall day to day supply requirements
- Up-sell any price-band improvements and promotional offers
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Working with head of sales to track sales performances and agree a monthly plan for growth
- Process and support weekly demands of clearing stock
- Manage & process orders for larger food service & wholesale customers
Requirements of Customer Service Coordinator
- Able to manage customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Lots of initiative with a positive working attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain organised
- Experience with Sage & EDI systems (desirable)
- NVQ or experience in telesales (desirable)
- Proficient user of Microsoft 365 packages, intermediate/advanced user of Excel
