Sales Administrator - South Birmingham

The Best Connection is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a growing and well-established distributor based in South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to secure an ongoing position following a successful interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately completing and maintaining data using Excel spreadsheets

  • Handling customer enquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability

  • Liaising with suppliers based in China

  • Managing sales-related correspondence, including emails, telephone calls, and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge and experience using Excel

  • Previous experience with SAGE software

  • Fluent Mandarin (essential)

  • B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Pay & Hours

  • £12.21 per hour

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
