The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a growing distributor in South Birmingham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to secure an ongoing position after a successful interview.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing data using Excel sheets.
  • Handling customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and availability.
  • Liaising with suppliers in China
  • Managing sales-related correspondence (emails, calls, follow-ups).

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge and experience of Excel
  • Experience using SAGE software
  • Mandarin Fluent
  • B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Good attention to detail

💷 Pay Rate

  • £12.21-£15.00 per hour

⏰ Hours of Work

  • 08:30-17:30 Monday - Friday
