The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a skilled Sail Maker to join a well-established and reputable marine client based in the Fareham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialised industry, producing high-quality sails and marine products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to manufacture sails
* Operating industrial sewing machines and other specialist equipment
* Repairing and altering sails to customer specifications
* Working from technical drawings and job sheets with precision
* Ensuring all products meet quality and durability standards
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:
* Previous experience in sail making, upholstery, or industrial sewing
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)
* A hands-on, reliable, and motivated approach
