💙 About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team leadership. You'll play a key role in shaping the service, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive person-centred, dignified care at all times.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding care
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality service
• Develop and implement tailored care plans, including specialist dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Ensure accurate and compliant medication management
• Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Manage rotas, staffing, and administrative processes efficiently
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance both resident experience and staff development

✅ What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or Senior Leader within a residential or nursing setting
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and person-centred planning
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
• Solid understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding legislation
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional care
• Strong communication skills at all levels
