The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a Refuse Loader for our client based in Sevenoaks. 

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Refuse Loader, you will be an essential part of our waste collection operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and loading refuse, recycling, and green waste onto collection vehicles.
• Assisting the driver in navigating routes and ensuring timely waste collection.
• Maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness during collection activities.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient waste collection processes.
• Upholding excellent customer service by interacting courteously with residents and addressing their inquiries.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00  -£12.21 an hour

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
