Recycling Operatives – Various Locations Across Cornwall

We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to support busy local recycling centres across Cornwall, including Redruth, Truro, Falmouth, Helston, Bodmin, St Austell, and Newquay.

This role involves working in a public-facing environment, helping members of the public to dispose of their household waste and recyclables correctly and safely. It’s an active and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Job Duties Include:

• Assisting members of the public at the recycling centre
• Guiding visitors to the correct disposal bays
• Ensuring the site remains clean, safe and tidy
• Reporting any hazards or issues to the site supervisor
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Shifts & Pay:

• £12.21 per hour
• £14.17 per hour on Sundays
• Flexible working days available (including weekdays and weekends)
• Standard shift time: 8:30am – 4:30pm
