The Best Connection are currently recruiting 2 Recycling Operatives to join a busy recycling operation in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 05:30am - 14:30pm
Pay Rates:
- £13.90 per hour
- £19.95 per hour overtime rate (after standard working hours)
Duties Include:
- Baling and recycling cardboard and plastic materials
- Manually sorting and segregating waste into designated recycling streams
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask effectively
- Reliable, organised and proactive approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible team player with a positive attitude
