Recycling Centre Operative - Maidstone

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Recycling Centre Operatives to work at a busy recycling centre based in Maidstone.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become full-time and permanent for the right candidate.

The role:

• Working at a busy recycling centre
• Assisting customers on site
• Manual lifting and moving items
• Helping to keep the site clean, safe and organised
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Providing a friendly and helpful service to customers

Working hours:

• 08:00 - 16:30
• Monday to Sunday rota
• Weekend working will be required

The ideal candidate:

• Comfortable with manual work and lifting
• Reliable and punctual
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to work weekends as part of a rota
• Previous recycling, warehouse, labouring or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
