Are you looking for a hands-on role in recycling? We are currently seeking a Recycling Operative to join our client based in Aldershot. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity to work Monday to Friday in a supportive team environment.
Role Overview:
As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for removing recycling materials from construction waste. You will work on-site ensuring that recyclable materials are correctly sorted and handled in line with health and safety standards. This role requires a physically active individual who can work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and sort recycling from construction waste
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recycling, construction, or waste management is advantageous
- Ability to work physically demanding shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
