Receptionist / Administrator – National Distribution Centre (Rotherham)
Full-Time| Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 18:00
Are you a confident, organised, and proactive individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly?
We are looking for suitable candidate to join our team at our client's brand-new National Distribution Centre in Rotherham as a Receptionist / Administrator.
This role will be at the forefront of our client’s day-to-day operations, helping to maintain a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management:
- Welcome and register all visitors, issuing passes and explaining site security and health & safety protocols
- Ensure visitors are held in reception until met by their host
- Deliver excellent front-of-house customer service
- Administrative Support Monitor and ensure manager compliance with internal portal reporting
- Run timecard reports and liaise with agencies as required
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes through Hub notifications
- Provide confidential support to the Managing Director with travel arrangements and expense processing
General Duties:
- Keep the reception area clean, professional, and welcoming
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments
- Respond to general enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Support PPE inventory management and ordering
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using internal systems
