Dispatch Operative - Reach FLT

📍 Location: Kingsway Business Park, OL16

🕗 Hours: 8:00AM - 4:00PM

💷 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dispatch Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation based at Kingsway Business Park, OL16.

Key Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience is essential
• Experience using dispatch/shipping software is essential
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience dealing with couriers and customers via email
• Reach Truck Licence preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively under pressure

Main Duties:

• Processing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Using dispatch software to manage shipments and track deliveries
• Liaising with couriers regarding collections, deliveries, and queries
• Communicating with customers via email and telephone
• Preparing shipping documentation and labels
• Monitoring dispatch schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
• Updating internal systems with shipment information
• Supporting warehouse operations when required
• General administrative and dispatch duties as required
