Warehouse Operative - Forklift Required

We are looking for reliable and motivated warehouse operatives to join a busy logistics team in CV6 4QJ. This role is ideal for individuals with previous warehouse or logistics experience, who hold valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts to move and store materials.

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and report any discrepancies.

• Support general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift certificates are essential.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work rotating shifts (13.18 6/2 and 9/5 rotations).

• Strong team player with good communication skills.

• Commitment to health and safety standards.
