The Best Connection Newport is looking for 3 Quality Inspectors/Leaders to join our team in the NP11 area. Each position is designated for one of the three shifts available. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality inspection, preferably within the automotive injection moulding industry, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards 🔍✔️
• Lead and manage a shift team effectively 👥🚀
• Utilise Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication 📊📧
• Maintain excellent communication with team members and supervisors 🗣️🤝
• Ensure a clean and organised inspection area 🧼🧹

Minimum Skills Required:

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, ideally in automotive injection moulding 🏭🚗
• Strong leadership skills 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook 💻📈
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English 🗣️🇬🇧

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in setting up firewall procedures 🔧🔒
• Writing inspection standards 📝📋
• Preparing reference samples 📦📏
• User experience with SAP 💼💡
