Quality Assurance Operative

Location: Skegness
Pay: £13.30 per hour
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – 6:00am to 6:00pm
Experience: Not required – full training provided

We are currently recruiting Quality Assurance Operatives to join our team in Skegness. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are detail-focused and looking to start or grow a career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Accurately record and report quality data
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the production team

Requirements:

• Good literacy and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures consistently
• Reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4 on / 4 off schedule
• No previous QA experience needed – full training provided
