We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Administrator to join our client's growing and successful business in Ledbury.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, pricing and delivery dates
• Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Updating internal systems and databases
• Monitoring outstanding orders and deliveries
• Assisting with invoice and purchase order queries

About You

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years' experience in a Purchasing Administrator OR similar administrative role.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Good numerical and administrative skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal departments

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
