The Best Connection are recruiting a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client and will be based in their Billingham offices.  

They are a dynamic and growing company and are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join their team and lead a variety of exciting projects from conception to completion.  

The Role: 

• As a Project Coordinator, you will take ownership of key projects, ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.  
• You will work with various departments to achieve success.  
• Effective communication skills are essential to the role to ensure resources are managed to meet project goals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Project planning, execution, monitoring and closure activities
• Develop detailed project plans
• Communicate with all associated stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks and outcomes
• Proactively identify and mitigate any risks and resolving any issues that arise
• Ensure client expectations are met
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all information relating to individual projects is kept up to date

The Candidate: 

• Will possess previous project experience, ideally within the manufacturing sector
• Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies (eg Agile, Waterfall)
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
• Will possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Desirable:

• PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certificates
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

• 08.45am - 17.00pm Monday to Thursday
