Production Technician Wanted in Bicester

The Best Connection seeks a dedicated Production Technician for our client in Bicester. We’re looking for a reliable and adaptable individual who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Job Details

Position: Production Technician (Permanent)
Location: Bicester
Hours: 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Set up pouring equipment efficiently.
Pick products and assist with product printing.
Accurately complete all required documentation.
Strictly adhere to safety procedures.
Clean production equipment and maintain a tidy workspace.
Perform moderate lifting and movement of trays and boxes.

Requirements

Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills.
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good numeracy skills.
Physical capability to lift heavy boxes.
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in a clean production environment (preferred).
GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.

Benefits

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year (pro rata) + Bank Holidays.
