The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently recruiting a hands-on Team Leader to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced commercial cooking and food production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring food safety and quality standards are maintained, achieving production targets, and setting up and operating cooking and production machinery.

This role requires a strong leader who is comfortable working on the factory floor, managing people, and taking ownership of production performance, equipment operation, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities;

• Team Leadership

• Machinery set up & Operation.

• Ensuring food safety & Quality.

• Ensuring all health & safety guidance is followed.

• Hygiene & Sanitation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading/supervising teams. To include, productivity, attendance management and coaching and training.

Qualifications in foods safety is desirable but not essential.

Hours of work will be 2pm-10pm

Monday to Friday.
