The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our busy client in Stratford

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, providing guidance on best practices in production.
• Accurately receive pharmaceutical products and medicines. Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and raw materials.
• Ensure correct picking of raw materials for assembly accurately and participate in batch production of over-labelled and repackaged medicines.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high attention to detail to minimize errors in all operations.
• Ensure staff training is conducted in line with GMP and GDP regulations, emphasizing compliance and attention to detail.
• Plan and review staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting.
• Familiarity with Lean Sigma principles and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Pay rate is £13.75 - £14.00 per hour dependant on experience

Hours are 0800 - 1630 Monday to Friday
