We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor for our client in Peterborough. Working Monday to Friday – 8am - 5.30pm.  In this role, you will supervise the weld and assembly teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality production and a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring team members work efficiently and effectively to achieve quality  and safety standards.  (ISO09001)
• Ensure all relevant equipment are calibrated at required dates with all records updated.
• Train team members, encourage high standards, and foster teamwork.
• Work with the team and other departments to achieve targets .
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Conduct cross-training to cover essential areas like paint and dispatch.

Qualifications:

• Team leading or Supervisory experience in a warehouse/factory.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and health and safety standards.
• Hands on experience.

Pay Rate:

• £14.96 - £17.09 per hour (Depending on experience)
