The Best Connection are delighted to present a brand new opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established company based in the Bognor Regis area. We are looking for a reliable and switched on individual who can assist with the smooth running of the workflow working closely alongside the Production Manager.

The successful candidate must have factory and supervisory experience and ideally have their own transport due to the shift patterns.

Duties and responsibilities:

Supporting the Production Manager with delivering Health & Safety guidelines and showing leadership kills

Managing staff and setting an example that aligns with the company's expectations

Ensuring good housekeeping within the factory

Communicating effectively within the team and other departments

General production and factory work

Training new members of staff

Key competencies:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent time management and organisation skills

IT literate

Previous experience

Hours:

Full time - 38.33 hours per week on a treble rotating shift pattern

6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm / 10pm to 6am
