Production Operative (Technical / Labelling)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative with strong attention to detail and some admin/computer experience to join a busy fresh produce warehouse operation.

The Role:

You will be working as part of the production team, supporting the accurate labelling and dispatch of fresh produce. This is a technical, process-driven role combining computer work with physical tasks in the production team.

Duties include:

• Setting up and printing labels using internal computer systems
• Checking product dates, barcodes, and label accuracy
• Producing and applying tray-end labels
• Completing a high volume of handwritten paperwork
• Labelling bags and products directly on the shop floor
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards

The Environment:

• Busy produce warehouse
• Hands-on, practical work - not desk based

• Strong work ethic and ability to keep up in a fast-paced setting

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am - 3:30pm
• £12.71 per hour
